Joseph Allen Parrish, Jr.
The primary focal point of Mr. Parrish’s practice is litigation and dispute resolution within the shipping and transportation industries. Mr. Parrish has experience handling a diverse array of legal matters arising out claims for cargo loss, personal injury, property damage, unpaid freight, insurance coverage (both first and third party), bad faith insurance claims practices, unfair and deceptive trade practices, civil theft, breach of contract, negligence, Federal Truth in Leasing violations, Fair Labor Standards Act violations, and maritime issues.
